5 Simple Tips for a Healthy and Better Lifestyle 

Having a healthy and better lifestyle cannot be attained in one day. There’s no such thing as a “magic key” to make your life healthy and better. You have to take and do some simple yet crucial steps regularly to develop it.  And that takes time (whether we like it or not). 

You’ll not have a good body and life in just one click but these 5 quick and simple tips will eventually lead you to a healthy lifestyle.

1. Sleep 6-8 hours a day.

Do not underestimate the power of sleep because having a regular DEEP sleep can give you a lot of good and healthy benefits to your body. Depriving yourself of sleep is also one way of killing yourself, so better think again before depriving yourself for short-term gains.

2.  Have a Balanced Diet.

A well-balanced diet can give you the right amount of nutrients your body needs. Remember that food is one of our energy sources but not having a regular balanced diet can also cause problems in our body.  One quick tip:  pre-plan on buying and eating a wide variety of colorful raw foods.  

3. Drink at least 8 Glasses of Water Everyday (1.5 to 2 liters).

Water is very beneficial to our body. It’s regulating our body system, making our skin glow, and giving us enough energy for the whole day.   Water from fruit is most bio-available and energizing.

4. Meditate.

Do this at least 10-20 minutes every day. Over time this will translate into a calm and peaceful mind. 

5. Exercise regularly.

Your body is made to move and do LOTS of actions, so don’t just sit for a whole day. Having a regular exercise can both bring physical and emotional benefits that our body needed.  My business partner and I use standing desks where we alternate between sitting and standing during work hours.
