Easy Ways to Improve Health Care

Some of us think that improving our health means we have to take HUGE STEPS in order to achieve it. But I discovered that having better health is taking simple and easy, yet continuous steps. Small things can make a big difference, so we should apply that to improve our health as well. It’s not too late. We can make it happen!

You can follow these simple and easy ways: 

Have a planned and balanced-diet

Food is very essential to our life.  The closer we eat it as found in nature, the more energy and strength it provides us to cope up with our daily routine and duties. But we must be guided with a proper meal plan because not all foods are healthy for our bodies.  #1 Tip we follow:  Stick to the outside perimeter of the supermarket (most of the inside aisles are full of processed foods- far removed from nature)

Make exercise a habitual thing to do

We tend to skip this one because we think that it's too pricey to sign for membership in a gym or to get a trainer. But let me tell you, every one of us can exercise right inside our house. There are lots of simple exercises flaunting around the internet. Start with YouTube to find a workout to model.  However if you find yourself not being consistent- then join a gym & bring a friend to keep you accountable.  We all need some accountability to stay consistent. 

Stay hydrated

Make sure to start your day with a glass of purified water and continue drinking 2 glasses an hour at least. (1 ounce per pound of body weight is a good general rule) This will hydrate and regulate your body.  Avoid sweetened or alcoholic beverages as well, as this is very acidic and will age your cells prematurely.

Have a peaceful mind

You can always meditate at any time of the day. Particularly, if you’re having a hard day. Empty your mind of negative vibes and stress. Inner peace comes when you want it, and when you have a daily practice to maintain it.  Another fun thing we like to do is to watch a funny Youtube video or TV show that night (e.g. Big Bang Theory is a favorite ; )
